The first draft of the Neighbourhood Plan is now being compiled and will include the responses to the range of options put forward in the Choices for Change consultation document.
The new draft will contain proposals rather then options. Public comment will again be invited before a final version is produced, hopefully by July. If the final version is approved by the parish council it will be submitted to South Hams District Council.
An Examiner will be appointed to ensure it complies with legislation. South Hams will then arrange the referendum.
